The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Basingstoke. Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and friendly aftersales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a supportive environment with excellent earning potential and ongoing career development.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey.
Book in vehicles and liaise with the workshop to ensure a smooth process.
Provide accurate cost estimates, prepare invoices, and explain work carried out.
Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
The Package:
Salary: £30,000 Basic + bonus - £37,000 OTE!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm – No Weekends!!
