We're currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join a dynamic team at a renowned automotive establishment in Kelso. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting the smooth operation of our service department. Here's what the role entails:
Providing professional, courteous assistance to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Handling bookings for MOTs, services, and repairs, while also advising customers on warranty coverage and recommending additional parts or accessories.
Collaborating with colleagues to efficiently schedule appointments and manage workload.
Managing customer interactions in-person, over the phone, and via online channels.
Keeping customers informed about service timelines and maintaining accurate records.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Motivation and a proactive approach to customer service.
A knack for positively impacting the success of the service department.
Previous experience in customer relations.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a polished appearance.
Proficiency in IT, with familiarity with Kerridge software being advantageous.
