SERVICE ADVISOR | £30,000 BASIC + £36,000 OTE | MONDAY–FRIDAY | AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
A great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential and additional service plan commission.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive dealership.
Working as part of a busy aftersales team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a professional customer experience while supporting the workshop and ensuring every customer journey runs smoothly.
THE ROLE
• Welcoming customers and managing their vehicle requirements
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated
• Advising on servicing, maintenance and additional work
• Preparing accurate estimates and invoices
• Liaising closely with Technicians and the wider aftersales team
• Identifying opportunities for additional work and service plans
• Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous Service Advisor experience within an automotive dealership
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and confident discussing additional products
• A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team
WHAT’S ON OFFER
• £30,000 basic salary
• £36,000 OTE
• Additional service plan commission
• Monday to Friday working
