We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Oswestry, Shropshire. OTE circa £38,000, depending on experience
Basic salary starting at £30,000
30 days annual leave including bank holidays and birthday holiday
Flexible start and finish times
Monday to Friday, 45-hour week

Long-term career development within a reputable dealership groupDuties of the Service Advisor:
Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
Book vehicle service and repair appointments
Accurately record customer concerns and workshop job details
Act as liaison between customers and the workshop throughout the repair process
Keep customers informed about vehicle progress and additional work required
Promote and explain additional repair services where appropriate
Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems, such as Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and proceduresRequirements of the Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills; experience with Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix is advantageous
Knowledge of Ford vehicles is beneficial but not essential
