Salary: 34k basic / 38k ote + benefits
My Client, a dealership in Guildford are currently recruiting a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to work in their aftersales team.
Duties of the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
* Welcoming customers in to the workshop
* Booking in services
* Acting as a go between for the customers and workshop
* Upselling add on’s and products
* Invoicing
You will need to have previous service or aftersales experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor and a full UK driving license for this role.
Hours for my Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime, 8.00 – 12.00.
