Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy franchise-approved dealership in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Vehicle Service Advisor to join an established multi-franchise dealer group offering strong earning potential, training and long-term career development.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £34,000, with a performance-related bonus scheme providing on-target earnings of approximately £38,000 per annum.
22 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:30pm.Duties of a Service Advisor:
As our Vehicle Service Advisor, provide a professional and courteous service to customers throughout their vehicle’s time with us.
Monitor vehicle progress through the workshop and maintain regular communication with customers.
Liaise effectively with workshop and parts department colleagues.
Explain additional work requirements and associated costs to customers.
Schedule and record work accurately while maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Support the aftersales team with file auditing, service bookings, order preparation, invoicing and new vehicle registrations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in another customer service-focused role within the motor trade.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High level of IT literacy and administrative accuracy.
Professional, courteous and customer-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
