Description:
Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive business in Melton Mowbray, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor looking for a flexible role with the option of full-time or part-time hours.
Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £37,000 including bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am or 12:00pm – 6:00pm; 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am – 1:00pmBenefits:
Up to £37,000 salary including bonus
Flexible working hours, full-time or part-time available
Monday to Friday, 10:00am or 12:00pm start – 6:00pm finish
1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am – 1:00pm, with time off in lieu for Saturday work

Join a friendly, growing, and well-established automotive businessDuties of a Service Advisor:
Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner
Managing customer bookings, vehicle intake, and workshop scheduling
Advising customers on required work and appropriate solutions
Preparing accurate estimates for repairs and servicing
Upselling additional services and vehicle health checks to maximise sales
Preparing and explaining invoices upon job completion
Processing customer payments efficiently
Quoting and selling service plans
Conducting vehicle handovers and follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Supporting the wider Aftersales team to meet targets and deadlinesRequirements:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-facing role
Solid knowledge of the motor trade and automotive servicing processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confident in using computer systems and workshop management software
Motivated, professional, and team-oriented approach
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
