Book work into the workshop, including MOTs and servicing appointments
Upsell additional products, such as service plans and accessories
Provide exemplary customer service by managing customer journey from booking to vehicle collection
Maintain customer communication throughout the repair process
Accurately process and update service recordsRequirements:
Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
Full UK driving license
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to upsell and maximise workshop revenue
