Calling all customer service enthusiasts! Our client, a reputable automotive service centre, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the organisation and the first point of contact for customers. Your main responsibility will be to greet customers, understand their requirements, and manage all their service-related enquiries. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you book appointments and utilise our client's scheduling management system to ensure a smooth flow of work.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to our client, and as a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in achieving this. You will liaise between customers and technicians, communicating recommendations, estimated costs, and timelines, and gaining customer approval before proceeding with any work. It will be your responsibility to keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle's service and ensure timely completion.

In addition to providing top-notch customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of communication with customers, appointments, and service history. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be essential in completing paperwork correctly and ensuring that files are appropriately managed.

You will be working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6am-4pm or 8am-6pm. Additionally, you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8am to 12pm.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £28000 - £29000, along with a range of benefits. In addition to 20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, there are also ample progression opportunities within the organisation. Parking is conveniently available on-site. For those using public transport, the office is located a mere 5-minute walk from Waltham Cross train station.
