Description:

We are seeking a Professional Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Coventry. The Service Advisor will be integral to delivering excellent customer service, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards within the business.

Manage and respond to customer enquiries related to vehicle servicing, repairs, parts, and sales
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles
Organise collection, delivery, and appointment scheduling for customer vehicles
Liaise with parts suppliers and chase for parts availability and delivery
Support workshop teams through effective communication and administration
Assist with Health & Safety compliance and British Standards documentation 
Provide general support to the General Manager and management team
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service activitiesRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Good mechanical understanding of vehicles and parts
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well within a team
