Description:
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our established automotive dealership in Shrewsbury. The role offers a basic salary of £29,750, OTE of £34,000 and working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

The Service Advisor will welcome customers and manage service and repair bookings.
Prepare accurate job cards and record customer requirements.
Liaise with technicians to provide customers with regular vehicle progress updates.
Explain repair work and associated costs clearly and professionally.
Handle customer enquiries efficiently and promote additional products and services where appropriate.
Process invoices, payments and service documentation.
Coordinate vehicle handovers and maintain a positive customer experience.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Support the Aftersales team in maintaining workshop efficiency and achieving service targets.Requirements:
Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment.
Good IT skills; experience using a dealership management system would be advantageous.
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional approach.
