Our client, a well-established car dealership group based in Wimbledon, South London, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional and supportive team. Providing exceptional customer service and establishing effective communication with clients
Advising customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service plans
Managing customer appointments and liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
Generating quotations and upselling appropriate services and parts where applicable
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction levelsRequirements of the Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive, confidential information
Demonstrable enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to delivering excellent service
Familiarity with dealership management systems and service processes
