Description:
We are a respected franchised main dealer in Plymouth seeking a Service Advisor to join our established dealership team. This Service Advisor opportunity offers excellent earning potential, a supportive working environment and strong prospects for career development within the automotive industry.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
Potential earnings of up to £35,000 through bonuses and overtime.
Monday to Friday working hours.
Saturday morning rota approximately once every four weeks, with a paid Monday morning off when worked.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage service bookings and communicate vehicle repair and servicing requirements clearly.
Liaise with customers throughout the service process.
Assist with workshop scheduling to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently.
Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant dealership services.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Complete administration associated with service department operations.
The Service Advisor will support the smooth and efficient running of the aftersales department.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing motor trade role is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
Face-to-face customer interaction experience.
A full valid UK driving licence.
A professional attitude and proactive approach to work.
