Service Advisor
Rendlesham Area | Permanent | Full Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join an established Service Department in the Rendlesham Area.
This is a varied role, acting as the key link between customers, technicians, Parts and Warranty, ensuring repairs and servicing are managed efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout.
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a Service Department or similar customer-facing environment.
Experience within agricultural, construction, horticultural or automotive industries is desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Confident building relationships with new and existing customers.
Accurate record keeping, including job cards, service records and warranty administration.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to use your own initiative.
Confident working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions when required.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Comfortable working across both office and workshop environments.
Full UK driving licence required, as occasional customer site visits may be necessary.The Role You will support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, manage customer enquiries, coordinate with technicians and Parts, maintain accurate records and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday,
Location: Rendlesham Area
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
