SERVICE ADVISOR – TWO VACANCIES
HEMEL HEMPSTEAD | £30,000 BASIC SALARY | OTE £38,000–£42,000 | MONDAY–FRIDAY, COVERING 8AM–6PM | CURRENTLY 1 IN 2 SATURDAYS
A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISORS
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for two Service Advisors to join a franchised dealership in Hemel Hempstead. Offering a £30,000 basic salary with a stated OTE of £38,000–£42,000, this is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused individuals looking to develop their career within automotive aftersales.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The OTE is dependent on individual bonus performance and is not guaranteed.
The team currently covers 8am–6pm Monday to Friday, with a one-in-two Saturday rota in place while the team is brought up to full strength. Individual shifts, Saturday hours and the future rota still need to be confirmed, so a reduced Saturday commitment cannot be promised.
THE ROLE
* Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service throughout their visit.
* Manage service bookings for vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs.
* Liaise with customers regarding vehicle requirements, repair updates and completion times.
* Work closely with the workshop team to ensure jobs progress efficiently.
* Keep customers informed throughout the service process and manage expectations.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or relevant automotive aftersales experience.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
* A professional, proactive approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* The ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in a busy dealership environment.
