Service Advisor - Great Yarmouth
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership in Great Yarmouth, seeking a skilled Service Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors to join a professional team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and career development within the motor trade sector.

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
Schedule service appointments and manage workshop workload
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
Advise customers on additional service and repair needs
Ensure effective communication between customers and workshop team
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and vehicle service historyRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Organised, with good attention to detail
