Service Advisor

Description:

Arden White Automotive Recruitment are recruiting for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and experiences within a busy service department.

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, with flexibility on the days worked.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers.Key Responsibilities
Managing customer servicing and repair enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, both in person and by telephone.
Preparing and processing invoices accurately, including labour and parts calculations.
Communicating repair requirements and associated costs to customers.
Working closely with Workshop, Parts and Sales teams.
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
Promoting additional servicing, repairs and related products where appropriate.
Ensuring all customer queries are resolved promptly and effectively.What's on Offer
£19,166.68 salary (equivalent to £31,944.47 full-time salary).
