Service Advisor
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Advisor to join a friendly, independent garage with a close-knit team of four technicians.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, keeping the workshop organised and taking ownership of the day-to-day service desk. You'll be the main point of contact, looking after everything from booking work in to ordering parts and keeping customers updated.
The Role:

Acting as the main point of contact for customers.
*
Handling service enquiries and booking vehicles into the workshop.
*
Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers.
*
Managing the day-to-day running of the service desk.
*
Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs.
*
Identifying additional work and upselling where appropriate.
*
Supporting the technicians and keeping jobs running smoothly.
What's on Offer:
*
£30,000–£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
*
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.
*
No weekend working!
*
Pension scheme.
*
Garage closes between Christmas and New Year.
*
Free on-site parking.
*
Friendly, independent working environment.
What We're Looking For:
*
Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience.
*
Someone confident communicating with customers and handling enquiries.
*
Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
*
A hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
*
Full UK driving licence preferred.
