We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their well-established dealership in Liverpool. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to contribute to a busy, customer-focused environment while progressing their career within the automotive sector.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of up to £36,000
Permanent, full-time contract comprising 42 hours per week

The chance to utilise your automotive knowledge and communication skills to deliver exceptional serviceDuties of a Service Advisor:
Booking MOTs, services, and repairs efficiently for customers
Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling parts and accessories
Coordinating with the Aftersales team for appointment scheduling based on workload
Handling customer inquiries via phone, online, and face-to-face
Keeping customers informed about vehicle turnaround times and service progress
Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates for all bookings and communicationsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and explain technical information clearly
Familiarity with Kerridge, ADP, or other dealer management systems is advantageous
Strong organisational skills, capable of working independently and within a team
