Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs
Liaising effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery
Preparing quotations and discussing repairs, estimates, and work required with customers
Managing customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions
Ensuring high levels of customer communication and professionalism at all timesRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional, customer-focused approach to work
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple customer needs
