We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at a well-established main dealership in Stoke. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors seeking to advance their career within a professional and dynamic environment. Welcome and assist customers professionally, providing a high standard of customer service
Manage service bookings efficiently and accurately as the Service Advisor
Offer factual advice and upsell additional services where appropriate
Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely progression of vehicle repairs and maintenance
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in line with dealership procedures
Promote dealership services and loyalty programmes
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and health & safety procedures
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the dealership’s reputationRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or automotive environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanour
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
