Arden White Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a successful premium automotive dealership in Swindon. Previous automotive experience is required.
The Role As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are managed efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
Explaining additional work requirements and associated costs
Liaising with technicians and the parts department
Preparing job cards, invoices, and service documentation
Delivering a professional and exceptional customer experience
Supporting the smooth running of the aftersales departmentWhat We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced aftersales professionals ideally with experience on the Service desk
We are only considering candidates currently based within a commutable radius of Swindon
