Service Advisor – Leamington Spa

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a main dealership in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have previous main dealership Service Advisor experience and be confident managing customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process.
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Salary: Circa £30,000 Basic + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am – 5:30pm (TBC)
Weekends: No weekend working

Welcome customers and manage service and repair enquiries
Handle workshop bookings and coordinate vehicle servicing
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller
Explain repair recommendations, costs and completion times
Prepare accurate job cards, invoices and service documentation
Deliver excellent customer service and support Aftersales performance targetsService Advisor Requirements
Previous Service Advisor experience within a main car dealership is essential
Experience managing vehicle servicing and repair bookings
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using dealership management systems
Ability to work effectively within a busy Aftersales departmentHow to Apply
