The Service Advisor role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a seamless communication flow between clients and the workshop. Manage all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the service department.
Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure timely service delivery.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade.
Strong computer literacy and organisational skills.
