Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a well-respected dealership? Our client, a premium-branded main vehicle dealership in Maidenhead, is currently looking to recruit a skilled Service Advisor to join their professional and supportive team. This role offers a great pathway for career advancement within a reputable environment that values its staff and provides ongoing development.
Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:
Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum, with uncapped bonuses averaging approximately £650 per month
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm
Paid overtime for 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8.30am – 12.30pm)

Established systems including Kerridge DMS and E-Dynamics to ensure efficient workflowDuties of the Service Advisor:
Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service
Book customer appointments and manage the workshop diary effectively
Match and aim to exceed monthly sales and upselling targets
Process paperwork accurately in accordance with brand guidelines
Maintain a professional dealership image at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyRequirements:
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience within a main dealer or franchised environment
FULL UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
