Service Advisor – Romford
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + £40,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (No weekends)

A busy, customer‑focused dealership in the Romford area is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the front‑of‑house team. This role suits someone who enjoys delivering a smooth customer journey, building rapport, and supporting a fast‑paced workshop.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and managing the service reception
Booking in vehicles, managing diaries and providing regular updates
Preparing job cards, estimates and authorisations
Liaising with technicians to ensure accurate and timely communication
Upselling additional work, service plans and products
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat businessWhat You Need
Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent workshop
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Confident using dealer management systems
