Communicating effectively with the workshop team and customersRequirements:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a main dealership
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop procedures
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings
