SERVICE ADVISOR | BATH (BA2)
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000.00 + Bonus
08:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) + 08:00 – 12:00 (1 Saturday morning a month)
A highly reputable dealership based in the Bath area are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. SERVICE ADVISOR – RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Day to day office administration duties
* Professionally dealing with incoming telephone calls
* Work in progress (WIP) control for workshop
* Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional, friendly approach
* MOT and service scheduling
* Updating customers with vehicle progress
* Assist with other duties as and when required
SERVICE ADVISOR – SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proven organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
* Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on own initiative
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel etc.)
* Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
