We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable Main Dealership in Northampton. Manage customer bookings effectively, ensuring smooth workflow
Provide professional updates to customers regarding vehicle service status
Upsell recommended services and accessories to maximise dealership revenue
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout interaction
Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service historyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a dealership or independent garage
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner
Confidence in upselling and identifying customer needs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations
Organised with a focus on maintaining accurate records
