Benefits:
Basic salary of £28,000 to £29,500, depending on experience
On-target annual earnings of approximately £35,000 through customer satisfaction and upselling
22 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service

Manage and prioritise workload in a busy dealership environment, liaising with the workshop team to track vehicle progress
Greet and assist between 10-28 customers per day, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Effectively communicate technical information and vehicle repair status to customers
Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental revenue
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions
Support the Service Manager and collaborate with team members to meet individual and team targetsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong organisational and IT skills, preferably with experience in Keyloop or similar systems
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 1:00pmThis is a fantastic chance for a motivated Service Advisor to progress within a highly respected automotive dealership.
