Service Advisor
Franchised Motor Dealership - Salisbury
We're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy automotive dealership in Salisbury. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and being part of a fast-paced aftersales team.
You'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's service or repair journey, keeping them updated, explaining any additional work required and ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking through to collection.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within an automotive dealership.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A professional and friendly approach to dealing with customers.
Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confidence discussing vehicle repairs, servicing and costs.
A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.What's On Offer
£29,580 basic salary.
£35,000 OTE.
42.5 hours per week.
Saturdays on a rota.
No Sundays!
