Service Advisor - Boston - 24-26k
Intercounty Mercedes Truck & Van are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work for our busy dealership based in Boston
Intercounty Truck & Van Ltd has been a successfull Mercedes-Benz franchise for 20 years, covering Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire with dedicated commercial vehicle dealerships to support our customer base.

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
• Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
• Checking in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software
• Creating quotations for customer on repairs and works, ensuring the customer is happy
• Arranging vehicle pick up date, time method and location with the customer
• Monitoring repair and works status, keeping the customer up to date
• Explaining and handing over the repair and work details to the workshop team
• Performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted
• To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams
As the Service Advisor, you will have the following:
• Experience in the automotive sector desirable
• Experience in a customer contact and customer support position
• General IT Skills including Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
