Looking for a main dealer Service Advisor role with legit opportunities to progress? This could be an excellent next step. The dealership has a proven track record of developing its people - the Senior Service Advisor I placed here recently is now the Aftersales Manager.
Alongside the opportunity to develop your career, you'll be joining an established main dealer environment with a £30,000 basic salary and £35,000 OTE, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Managing customers throughout the service and repair process.
* Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated.
* Advising customers on servicing, repairs and additional work.
* Liaising closely with the workshop and other dealership departments.
* Providing a professional customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Requirements
* Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience.
* A full, valid driving licence.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment.
* A professional and customer-focused approach.
Salary and Benefits
* £30,000 basic salary + bonus scheme
* £35,000 OTE
* Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm
* NO WEEKENDS
