CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
ASHTON, BRISTOL | £32,000 BASIC | £38,000 OTE | UP TO £45,000 TOTAL EARNING POTENTIAL | 1 IN 4 SATURDAY MORNINGS
A strong opportunity for an experienced automotive Service Advisor looking for a customer-focused role with solid earning potential and a structured working pattern.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a confident and organised Service Advisor to join an established automotive aftersales team in Ashton, Bristol. You’ll be responsible for managing customers throughout the service and repair process, working closely with the workshop and ensuring every customer receives clear communication from booking through to collection.
* £32,000 basic salary
* £38,000 OTE
* Potential to earn up to £45,000 including service-plan earnings
* 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
* Weekday hours to be confirmed
* Customer-facing automotive aftersales environment
THE ROLE
* Manage customer bookings and service appointments
* Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process
* Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop team
* Explain recommended work, repairs and costs clearly to customers
* Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
* Identify and discuss appropriate additional aftersales opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need
* Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence discussing vehicle repairs, servicing and associated costs
* The ability to work effectively with workshop and technical teams
It would be great if you also have
* Main-dealer automotive experience
* Experience using a dealership DMS
* Previous experience with service plans
* A good understanding of workshop and aftersales operations
