Company events Service Administrator Responsibilities:
Reviewing and coordinating engineer call sheets for the Service & Maintenance Departments.
Coordinating client emails and requests for information, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Opening and closing jobs on the CRM system, while promptly responding to clients and informing department managers via on-call emails.
Managing invoice requests, administrative closures of jobs, and issuing call sheets to clients.
Conducting daily checks on the CRM system for the Service & Maintenance Departments.
Scheduling and booking jobs with clients.
Requesting and issuing Risk Assessments and parking requests.
Managing sub-contractor works and documentation.
Compiling monthly statistics for service & maintenance.
Coordinating service kit logistics and administration.
Handling general administration duties related to engineering and job operations.
Managing callout rota administration and sub-contractor file/schedule administration. Service Administrator Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar position
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively coordinate client inquiries and requests.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
