Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as a Service Administrator and Warranty Administrator with our client:
Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
Perform administrative tasks related to service appointments
Conduct history checks and maintain accurate records
Execute pre-call procedures and upsell opportunities
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements Of The Service Administrator:
Previous experience in a Service Administrator role within the automotive sector is high advantageous
