Service Administrator
Liverpool
£24,000 - £25,000 Pro Rata
Working 20 to 25 Hours Per Week
Temporary Position
Venatu Technical Support are looking for a Service Administrator to support them at their Liverpool office to carry out the following duties:
Booking in engineers for call outs
Organising job sheets
Invoicing
Collating images from jobs and downloads off engineers
Stock inventory
Adhoc administrative duties as required
Essential skills:
IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Packages
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Desirable skills:
Previous experience working within the Automotive Sector particularly the Truck, Bus or Coach industry would be preferred
