Dutypoint produces, sells and distributes pump systems primarily to the construction sector for the provision of solutions such as hot and cold water, water pressure booster sets, waste water management systems and fire safety sprinkler systems.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our Service department on an initial 12 week contract.

The new Service Administrator will provide administrative support to the Service Advisors and also be the first point of contact for our valued customers. As such, the successful candidate must be polite, professional, well-organised and conscientious with a strong level of attention to detail.

You will be working in a friendly team who are looking for someone who is reliable, methodical and equally well versed in dealing with more challenging tasks and customers as the easier, straightforward ones!

Principal Responsibilities / Duties

Management of the main inbox ad distribution of tasks
Raising documentation for both customers and field service engineers
Communicating with customers and other internal departments via both telephone and email
Promoting the business, building positive relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
Placing orders with suppliers for parts and services
Checking engineer reports prior to issuing to customer. Preparing quotations for remedial works. Completing sales orders to ensure prompt invoicing. Creating pro-forma invoices and obtaining payment.
Department development - make suggestions and strive for improvement. Implement agreed changes and be adaptable to change.
Support the internal team with administration requirements.

Salary:                          £26,520pa pro rata'd
