Keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, this Service Administrator role is key to a busy, customer-focused service department, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting the Service Manager, engineers and wider depot team.
This is a varied opportunity where no two days are quite the same, combining customer service, finance, warranty administration and general depot support. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy being the person who keeps everything moving, this could be the role for you.
Based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, this position is commutable from Skipton, Shipley, Ilkley, Bingley, Silsden and the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager, engineers and wider depot team.
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, ensuring a professional and helpful service.
Manage service paperwork, work orders, engineer time records, invoices and warranty claims.
Support financial administration including payments, banking, petty cash and reconciliations.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, depot administration, groundcare repairs and customer collections/deliveries.
We're looking for a Service Administrator who has:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a busy service-led environment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Experience handling payments and general financial administration.
Good IT skills.
Agricultural, engineering, vehicle or machinery experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
