Description:
A leading commercial vehicle dealer group is seeking a Vehicle Service Administrator to join their team in Cross Hands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to develop their career within a reputable and expanding dealership network.

Salary between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Managing Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure seamless workflow
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers professionally
Preparing job cards, service reports, estimates, and associated documentation
Maintaining accurate service records and databases
Raising purchase orders and preparing invoices
Processing invoicing activities efficiently
Liaising with technicians, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations
Supporting the Workshop Manager with general administrative activitiesRequirements of the Service Administrator:
Previous experience in an administrative or service support role within automotive or commercial vehicle sectors
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure as the Service Administrator
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly manner
