Relocruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of the leading refinishing companies in the manufacturing paint world. They have a strong presence in the body shop world and pride themselves on their family-like company culture.

Due to their continuous growth, they are now seeking an experienced SEO / PPC Specialist to join their busy team based in Kent. With a global presence focused on North America, the chosen candidate will assist the Head of Marketing in entering the American market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns for websites targeting the UK and North American markets.

This is a full-time, office based role, working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm with the occasional possibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution:

* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the UK and North American markets.

* Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

* Perform on-page and off-page optimisation, including meta tags, content optimisation, link building, and technical SEO.

* Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

PPC Campaign Management:

* Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising networks.

* Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns, ensuring relevance and high ROI.

* Create ad copy and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and ROI targets.

* Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

* Work closely with the content and design to ensure consistent and effective marketing strategies.

* Liaise with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, provide regular updates, and present performance reports.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO and PPC efforts with other marketing initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as an SEO/PPC Specialist or similar role.

* In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO best practices

* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

* Proficiency in using SEO and PPC tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar

* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics and A/B testing tools

* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
