Description:
We are currently partnering with a fantastic new business on building a brilliant SEO team with the first hire within the team.
We are looking for someone who has experience with servicing SEO clients and has managed expectations and shared ideas with servicing of clients at a large scale.
This is a great oppurtnity for an experienced SEO to come in and build a team with a clear route to progression and promotion.
Key Tasks:
To come in and effectively own our SEO service offering- We need someone who is prepared to work hard, this isn’t a standard SEO role as whilst we have SEO clients that need servicing, we’re still a new agency and processes etc are still evolving.
Obviously, a big USP for us is having Lord Sugar as part of our founding team, he is involved In the business on a regular basis and is consistently checking in.
We would expect the candidate to come into the office at least 1-2 times per week- We’re based in Loughton, Essex which is on the central line.

* Proactive suggestions and execution of more streamlined processes, suppliers, ways of working to benefit the department in terms of client satisfaction and increasing our margin.
Cross channel thinking- We want our candidate to be an expert in SEO, but also have wider picture thinking in terms of how other channels work with SEO and how data can be shared across channels to benefit our clients.
