Senior Financial Analyst - Northampton (hybrid) - £50,000 - £55,000pa
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team financial analysts.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts.
Analyze financial data and create detailed reports using Power BI.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.Qualifications:
ACCA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
