Link Recruitment and Education due to our exeptional growth we are currently recruiting for 1 x Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Industrial Division based in Birmingham West Bromwich.
We can help you kick start your career in recruitment with our bespoke in-house training academy and support from the company’s directors, you’ll hold the tools you need to succeed within the industry.
Duties:
* Speaking to potential candidates and clients
* Creating and posting high quality job adverts
* registering the candidate on the system, to supporting them through interviews
* Creating reliable candidate and client relationships by keeping in touch via phone and email
* Sourcing new clients and new job roles through business development (phone calls/ searching for leads etc) and taking in-depth job
* Data entry, creating invoice and updating financial data
