£26,000 – £32,000 DOE - Monthly Commission, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays!) excellent benefits + free parking

Now, our high-performing Rail division in Manchester is looking for an experienced, proactive, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team at different levels. Junior to Senior.

We’re on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing, successful team. 360 or 180, you’ll be working alongside experienced recruiters, learning from the best, and playing a key role in sourcing top technical talent for our high-profile clients.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our collaborative and supportive team, you’ll:

Make an impact from day one

* Build a client and candidate database of successful working relationships

* Work alongside experienced consultants and learn proven recruitment strategies

* Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and build client contacts

* Contribute to a team that values energy, ideas, and results

Hunt for top talent

* Use job boards, databases, and social media to attract high-calibre candidates

* Source skilled professionals across a range of technical disciplines

Build strong talent networks

* Develop and manage your own pipeline of candidates

* Create lasting relationships and become a trusted point of contact

Drive placements & results

* Match the best candidates to exciting opportunities with leading clients

* Play a key role in growing an already successful team
