With a focus on some of the UK's most intricate projects spanning energy, transport, and water sectors, their seeking a Senior Engineer/Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our expanding Ground Engineering Team.

Position Overview:
Lead a small engineering team with minimal supervision.
Foster staff performance and development through guidance and feedback.
Manage projects of varying sizes to high standards.
Collaborate closely with teams and clients to deliver value-led solutions.
Work autonomously, meet deadlines, and handle tender submissions.
Ensure technical delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Drive geotechnical-led sustainability practices.Position Requirements:
Strong academic background in civil/geotechnical engineering.
Minimum 10 years' experience, with Chartered Status.
Expertise in tunnelling and underground space on major projects.
Track record of commercial success.
Proficiency in BIM and other design software.
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.Remuneration:
Hybrid working (2-3 days in office).
Flexible working hours (10 am - 4 pm core).
