We are currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a well-established main dealer in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Up to £38,000 basic salary, depending on qualifications and experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician
Uncapped OTE of up to £48,200

Permanent, full-time employment
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pmDuties:

Conduct vehicle servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Complete vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic tools
Perform additional repairs as authorised by customers
Carry out warranty repairs following manufacturer procedures
Conduct road tests to ensure fault rectification
Complete all relevant paperwork and job cards to high standards
Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer service
Support workshop team members and contribute to a positive working environmentRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or independent garage
Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical faults
Full and valid UK driving licence
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and support team colleagues
Proactive and aiming for career growth
Diagnostic, MOT, and Hybrid/EV experience is advantageous but not essential
