We are representing an established independent dealership in Sheffield, seeking a highly skilled senior vehicle technician to join their team. Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £45,000 per annum
On-target earnings (OTE) up to £70,000 based on performance as a Senior Vehicle Technician
Monday to Friday working pattern, 9am to 5pm
33 days’ annual leave from the outset

Performing comprehensive vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
Diagnosing complex faults using wiring diagrams and manufacturer technical information
Working independently on prestige and high-end vehicles
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
Undertaking advanced mechanical and electrical diagnosis
Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out and vehicle service history
Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the workshop expands
Adhering to health and safety policies and workshop procedures
Verifying faults before component replacement and confirming repairs afterward
Managing multiple vehicle repairs efficiently and accuratelyRequirements:

Proven experience as a senior vehicle technician or master vehicle technician 
Capability across a broad range of mechanical and electrical duties, including timing belts/chains, gearboxes, engine repairs, differentials, and transfer cases
Level 3 IMI qualification (or equivalent), with additional relevant experience or certifications, enabling work on various makes and models
Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with wiring diagrams and manufacturer technical data
Motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
