Our client, a reputable Land Rover dealership in Horsham, is seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team. This role offers the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped facility, providing a varied and technically challenging workload, including servicing, fault diagnosis, and warranty work on premium vehicles.
Benefits of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
Competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000, with an annual bonus of £6,000 to £10,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends
22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

Career development within a prestigious dealership settingDuties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
Manage your individual workload from pre-delivery inspections through fault finding and repairs
Perform scheduled maintenance, including significant jobs like timing chains on Land Rover vehicles
Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs using specialist tools and JLR equipment
Assist with warranty and technical diagnosis tasks
Maintain high standards of customer service and technical quality within a team environmentRequirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 or Level 4 qualified automotive technician
Approximately five to seven years’ experience working on Land Rover or similar premium vehicles
Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience in a main dealer or specialist environment
Experience using manufacturer diagnostic systems such as TOPIx
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a busy workload
