Undertake maintenance, service, and repair tasks on motor vehicles to the highest standards
Complete work efficiently, adhering to manufacturer time guidelines
Record diagnosis details, work performed, and parts used in line with group and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained
Keep up to date with emerging technologies, including electric and hybrid vehiclesRequirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:

Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
